On the advice of a home inspection service, we sought to pull moisture from the clay substrate that is under our 37 year old slab built ranch. A radon extraction system installation was high on the list of to-do's the inspector had given us. Whatever we asked of Kim, Carl, and crew was cheerfully executed. "I just wanted to say that the two young men that installed the system did a fantastic job. They were very polite and they explained everything in detail as they went along. It had rained and was quite muddy, but they even put down a cover sheet over the rug so that it would stay clean. They cleaned up afterwards also. The system was installed close to the existing downspout, which limits the sight of the system. It was a very professional job and I am quite pleased.
I even had three estimates and your company gave me the best price and the best service. I would highly recommend your company and I do not say that lightly. If you need a reference, count me in. Thank you so very much.

I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you and share my appreciation for great experience with your company. The entire process was great from the beginning to end. When I learned that my home had an elevated radon level I had planned on getting three estimates and working from there. I started with your company because of its great reputation and reviews and never looked any further. I'm glad I didn't.
It began with the phone call to set up the estimate. Kim put me instantly at ease on the phone with her great demeanor and was able to find a time that worked for me. She also advised me not to open the windows in an effort to vent the radon (and why); which I was glad to hear because I had a close friend advising to do just that!!
Carl arrived right on time for the estimate. He was clear and concise about how the radon reduction needed to be done and why. I really liked that he was not only concerned with evacuating the harmful radon, but also making sure the system placement was aesthetically pleasing from the outside of the home. He advised an approximate time frame for installation as well. After the phone experience with Kim and the estimate from Carl, I looked no further for radon reduction and called the next business day for an installation date.
The day of installation, Ralph arrived on time as scheduled. He went over the installation process again and the approximate time frame. Ralph was polite, professional, and understanding to me and the needs of three dogs and a cat. During the installation, he entered and exited through the basement so as not to track any dirt or debris through the house. He completed the job within the estimated time.Upon completion, he explained the system (inside and out) and troubleshooting methods (if needed). He also explained the use of the follow-up radon test with clear and concise instructions. He asked if I had any questions but I couldn't think of any because he had covered everything!
